Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the account and everything done with it. Where a promotion carries its own terms, those take precedence over these for that promotion. The English text is the binding one; translations are provided for convenience.

Age and eligibility
You must be 18 or over, and old enough to gamble legally where you live. Knowing the law of your own country is your responsibility — no assurance is given about the legality of your use of the site from wherever you are.
Where accounts cannot be opened
Residents of the following countries may not open an account or add funds: Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Curaçao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Romania, Russia, North Korea, the Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles, Sweden, Ukraine including Crimea, the United Kingdom, the United States, Côte d'Ivoire and Japan.
The list can change without warning, and changes are published on the site. Anyone located in one of these countries agrees not to open an account, and to close an existing one.
Individual games carry further restrictions set by their studios. NetEnt titles are unavailable in a long separate list of countries, and Planet of the Apes, Vikings, Narcos and Street Fighter each carry their own.
One account, one person
One account per person, per household and address, per phone number, per email address and per IP address. Anything beyond that is a duplicate.
On a duplicate: every action taken is void, winnings on it are void, and withdrawals already processed from it are owed back.
You are responsible for everything done with the correct login and password, including use by a third party. Accounts cannot be sold, transferred, bought or gifted, and neither can anything of value attached to one.
An account can be refused or closed without notice or reason given.
Closing an account
Closure is requested by email to support@lizaro.com. It is allowed only where the balance is empty and no withdrawal is pending. Closing an account that still holds a positive balance or an open withdrawal request forfeits those funds.
Self-exclusion runs through the same address. Other accounts you hold must be disclosed, and no new ones opened during the period.
Verification
Certified identity documents, proof of residence, and proof of ownership and transaction history for every payment method used, including bank and card statements. Further checks may be applied at any point, before or after a deposit or a withdrawal.
Documents are due within 30 days of the request. Payment may be withheld and the account suspended until they arrive, and closed permanently if they never do. A complete answer is usually processed within 10 days; complex cases run longer.
Third-party providers may carry out the checks — credit reference agencies, identity verification services, fraud prevention software. A phone call or a face verification step may be added.
Deposits
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set at our discretion and vary by route, country and currency. Depositing gives us permission to debit fines or dues from the balance, and carries an undertaking not to charge back.
Refunds are not given as a matter of course. An exceptional request must be raised within 24 hours of the transaction and is answered within 10 business days. No refund is possible once the deposit or its bonus has been used to place a bet, and all bonuses and winnings are deducted before a refund is calculated.
The balance is not a bank balance. It is not insured, not asset-backed and earns no interest.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed back to the method used to fund the account wherever that is possible, and the requested method is not guaranteed — payment may be made through another system.
A deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal goes through. Below that, winnings may be cancelled and a 10% commission on the last deposit retained as payment expenses, minimum €0.50, rising to 15% where the account was funded by bank card or bank transfer.
A withdrawal may also be declined where less than €20 has been wagered inside the calendar month of the request. Three pending requests may be held at once. Every withdrawal is subject to audit, game-play review and account verification, and any request may be cancelled on suspicion of fraud, collusion or illegal activity.
Withdrawal limits by level
Five levels, each with a daily and a monthly ceiling, published in eleven currencies. In euro: Level 1 — €500 a day and €7,000 a month; Level 2 — €500 and €10,000; Level 3 — €800 and €12,000; Level 4 — €1,000 and €15,000; Level 5 — €1,500 and €20,000.
The level is determined by activity across the 90 calendar days before the request, weighing deposits against withdrawals and bonuses received. An account with no bets placed for a month drops automatically to the lowest level.
Bonuses
Every bonus carries a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier on the bonus alone or on deposit plus bonus. Unless a promotion says otherwise: a deposit casino bonus runs at x35 on deposit plus bonus, with a maximum withdrawal of ten times the bonus; a no-deposit casino bonus runs at x40 with a maximum withdrawal of five times the bonus. No-deposit free spins cap winnings at €80, with x40 wagering on those winnings.
The real-money balance is always wagered first. Only once it is fully wagered does the bonus balance begin to be used.
Wagering windows are 10 days for casino bonuses and 30 days for sports bonuses; after that the bonus and any winnings from it are voided. Requesting a withdrawal before wagering is complete voids the bonus balance and everything won from it. Once wagering is met, bonus funds and their winnings move to the real-money wallet.
A bonus may be denied, rejected or cancelled at our discretion, and a customer may be barred from the promotion programme.
Game contribution
Slots, scratch cards and keno contribute 100%. Live games contribute 10%, as do video poker and Plinko. Table and card games contribute 0%. Jackpot slots, Slingo and bingo cannot be played with bonus funds at all.
Special games at 50%: Crazy Time, Dream Catcher, Dream Catcher First Person, Monopoly. Special games at 10% include Double Roll, Spin Strike, Wicket Blast, Plinball, Golden Treasure, Dice, Keno, Wheel, Tower, Mines, Slider, Carnival X, Pengu Sport, Mine Slot and Flip.
Excluded games contribute nothing, among them Book of Sun Multichance, Jack and the Beanstalk, Starburst XXXtreme, Leprechaun Riches, Sticky Bandits, Goldilocks, Sakura Fortune and Dead or Alive. Prohibited games cannot be opened at all while a bonus is active: 10x Rewind, Le Kaffee Bar, Scarab Treasure, Fruit Loop.
What counts as abuse
Any single bet above €100 while wagering is outstanding, or its equivalent — 450 PLN, 1,000 NOK, 150 AUD, 150 CAD, CHF 110, 2,500 CZK, 40,000 HUF, 200 NZD, 500 PEN, 100 USD.
Low-risk strategies also count, for example a roulette spread covering 24 or more of the 37 unique spots. So does moving from low-weighted to high-weighted games after a large win in order to clear wagering, and the reverse. Two-tier betting, and delaying a round or a bonus feature to convert accumulated value, fall in the same category.
Dormant accounts
No login for 180 days makes an account inactive. While it remains inactive a €5 monthly administration fee may be charged, and that fee may change.
Complaints
Complaints are handled first by customer service and escalated internally where they cannot be settled immediately. A disputed first answer goes in writing to complaints@lizaro.com, from the registered email address, with COMPLAINT and the reason in the subject line, a detailed summary, and the specific dates and times.
A Complaints Resolution Committee reviews the case and issues an outcome within 10 days of receipt, extendable for unusually complex matters. Where the outcome is unsatisfactory, external dispute resolution options are linked from the site.
Tax, liability and applicable law
Taxes and charges on winnings are yours to carry. Where fraud or illegal activity is suspected, government bodies, other operators, service providers, banks, card processors and payment providers may be notified.
Any legal claim or dispute arising under these terms or from your use of the site is settled in accordance with the applicable law.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time, with the current version published on this page. Continued use of the account after a change means the updated terms are accepted.
