Privacy Policy

This page sets out what personal data we hold, why we hold it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What lands in our records

Three groups, collected at different moments:

Some of it comes from you. Some is drawn from public and government databases, credit and financial institutions, fraud prevention agencies and commercially available databases, where anti-money-laundering rules make that check necessary.

Why we hold it

Who else sees it

Access sits with authorised staff, with brands operated by the same entity, and with contractors and agents working under instruction. Beyond that: payment providers, identity verification services, fraud prevention software, credit reference agencies, and law enforcement or regulatory authorities where a legal duty applies.

One clause worth reading twice. Where a player takes a matter to a casino review site, a gambling forum or a dispute resolution body, we may share the data identifying that account with the platform concerned, on the basis of a legitimate interest in answering the claim.

Cookies

Four categories run on this site: essential, functional, performance and targeting. The first is required for the site to work; the last two are set only with consent, and the cookie panel lets you accept all, decline all, or save a selection. Changing that choice later works from the same panel.

How long it stays

Account data is kept for the life of the account, then deleted or anonymised once no legal or business reason to keep it remains. Anti-money-laundering records are held for the retention period the applicable regulation sets, which outlasts the account itself.

Your rights under the GDPR

You can ask for a copy of the data held on you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for deletion where no legal duty stands in the way, restrict or object to certain processing, ask for portability, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

Requests go to dpo@lizaro.com from the address registered on the account. Where an answer does not satisfy you, a complaint can be lodged with the supervisory authority in the country where you live, where you work, or where the alleged infringement took place.

Keeping it safe

Traffic runs over encrypted connections, access is limited to staff who need it for their role, and payment credentials are handled by the payment providers rather than stored here in full.
