Responsible Gaming
Gambling is entertainment that costs money. It is not income, it is not a way back from a loss, and the moment it starts being treated as either is the moment to stop.

Where the line sits
The habits that get people into trouble are recognisable, and they turn up in the same order almost every time:
- Depositing more than the amount that was set aside for it
- Going straight back in after a loss to win it back
- Playing to fill time that used to be filled by something else
- Hiding the size of a session from the people around you
- Borrowing to keep playing
Any one of those on its own is a signal. Two or more together is a reason to stop for a while.
The tools we have, and the ones we do not
Plain position, so nobody wastes an evening looking for a setting that is not there. There is no deposit limit, no loss limit, no session timer and no cooling-off switch inside the account. We do not offer self-service limits at the moment.
What we do run is manual. Support can exclude an account for a fixed period, or close it permanently, on request. That request is honoured; it is not talked out of.
Taking a break
Write to support@lizaro.com from the address the account is registered under and say which of the two you want:
- A break โ the account is locked for the period you name and reopens after it
- Self-exclusion โ the account is closed and stays closed
Two things sit with you rather than with us. Tell us about any other accounts you hold with the brand, and do not open new ones during the period. Losses on accounts we do not know about are outside what we can reach or reverse.
Thirteen questions worth answering honestly
The self-assessment on this site runs to thirteen questions, and it is worth going through slowly rather than skimming. It asks whether play has interfered with work or study, whether it has been used to escape worry or loneliness, whether money has been borrowed to keep going, whether losses have been chased, whether anyone has been misled about how much was spent, and whether stopping has been tried and failed.
More than a couple of yes answers is a reason to talk to someone outside gambling entirely.
Help that is not us
- GamCare โ support and treatment services, gamcare.org.uk
- Gamblers Anonymous โ meetings and a peer network, gamblersanonymous.org
- Gambling Therapy โ free online support in several languages, gamblingtherapy.org
- Net Nanny โ filtering software for shared or family devices
These are independent. None of them reports back to us, and using them changes nothing about your account.
Nobody under 18
Registration by anyone under 18 is prohibited. Age is verified, accounts that fail that check are closed, and winnings on an underage account are cancelled. If a minor shares your device, lock the browser and put a filter on it.
