Four doors, and picking the right one saves a round of back-and-forth. Below is what each is for, and what to put in the message so the first reply is the useful one.

Pick the door
- Live chat โ open day and night, in English and Dutch. Best for anything time-sensitive: a deposit that has not shown up, a bonus that did not attach, a game stuck on a loading screen.
- Email โ support@lizaro.com, for anything needing an attachment or a written record.
- Data matters โ dpo@lizaro.com reaches the Data Protection Officer directly.
- Formal complaints โ complaints@lizaro.com, once a first answer has not settled things.
Getting an answer in one round
Three details turn a three-message thread into one:
- The email address the account is registered under
- The payment route involved, and the reference from your transaction history
- The date and time the thing happened, with your timezone
For a payout question, the transaction reference matters more than a description โ it lets the team jump straight to the step the request is sitting at.
What the Help Centre already covers
Eight topic groups sit in the Help Centre: bonuses and promotions, casino, deposits, payouts, sportsbook, general questions, technical problems, account verification. Bonus activation order and document rejections are the two that come up most, and both are answered there in full.
Formal complaints
Send the complaint from the address registered on the account and put COMPLAINT plus the reason in the subject line. Include a clear summary of what happened and the specific dates and times.
A complaints committee reviews the case and replies within 10 days. Unusually complex cases run longer, and you will be told if yours is one.
Timings
Chat answers in minutes. Email is usually same-day. Complaints follow the 10-day timetable above. There is no phone line and no postal address โ chat and email are the two live channels.
